I believe Beauty isn’t about impressing others it’s about what brings you confidence.

It’s like a muscle 💪✨

Confidence isn’t something you’re born with or without.( some might have more than others to start)
(Some might start with less).

It’s something you build.

Just like a muscle, it doesn’t grow overnight.
It grows with small reps.
Little choices to show up.
Tiny moments doing things until you are no longer looking for the outcome. It’s showing up for the sake of showing up.

Sometimes that confidence work starts on the inside.
A new boundary.
A kinder thought.
Letting yourself take up space without apologizing.

And sometimes, let’s be honest, it starts on the outside.

This has been one of the biggest reasons I’m here.

That swipe of mascara that helps you see your beauty.

Doing your hair even when no one “important” is going to see you.

Listen to me as I say this - you are important doing what makes YOU feel confidence is not shallow.

Up close and personal with my pores.

Real talk, pores are natural, lines are natural but chalky, Caked dry makeup… ages us.

I will never share a picture that’s been filtered.
I will never edit my face to make the impact of something more than it is, but I will get a close and here we are. The good , the bad , the ugly.
