It’s been 2 weeks since I lifted. With the mileage ticking up on my running program my system needed a rest from something. Well today the rest is over and I put it a short focused chest and back lift. Unfortunately I was limited to 50lbs dumbbells at the hotel. But the muscles feel resistance. NO EXCUSES!! Get at it!!

Today’s run is in the bag! What a difference a little hydration and 20degree cooler temps makes! NO EXCUSES!! Get at it!...

First run in the heat! Deff under appreciated being hydrated. Had to walk the last .3 miles but I never stopped forward ...

First run in the heat! Deff under appreciated being hydrated. Had to walk the last .3 miles but I never stopped forward movement. Time to start paying attention to water intake again. And none of these “ hydration drinks” replaces old fashion H2O. NO EXCUSES!! Get at it!!
