Miss Oquirrh Mountain Scholarship Competition Miss Oquirrh Mountain is a local affiliate of the Miss America Organization Competing is an opportunity to enrich your life, and further your educational goals.

The Miss Salt Lake County organization is a local affiliate of the Miss America Organization, the largest scholarship provider for young women, and a preliminary competition for the Miss Utah Scholarship Pageant. The program seeks to provide personal and professional growth opportunities to young women, and gives them a voice in politics, culture, and their communities. It provides a forum for you

A US citizen
A single female between the ages of 18-27 years
Living, working, or going to school in the city of Herriman
Has never been married
Has never been pregnant or the legal guardian of a child
Has never been convicted of any crime; no pending criminal charges; has never been engaged in any activity which is or could be characterized as dishonest, immoral, immodest, indecent or in bad taste

So proud of my sweet Evelyn 🥹

I had the best time supporting her at her event, “Teens against Va**ng, Don’t Blow it.” We decorated our own tote bags and made a promise to stay vape-free! I’m so proud of her for using her voice to educate and encourage others to make healthy choices!! I’m so grateful to have her as my sweet teen! I love you and I’m SO proud of you!!! 💗

Such a fun night at the Battle of the Bases! I got to cheer on Bluffdale and Herriman while supporting Adaptive Arena and their mission to provide free sports opportunities for children with disabilities. I also got to spend the night with my FAVORITE people and the best directors, who always make everything more fun! And I always love a good matching moment with Miss Salt Lake County’s Teen 💛 So grateful for nights like this!

Such a special day at the Lehi Utah Southern Train Depot! 🤍 I’m so proud of my great-grandma and the many members of my family who helped make this historic place possible. It was so meaningful to celebrate the work they’ve done to preserve a piece of Lehi’s history.

So grateful to attend as Miss Oquirrh Mountain, as well as a very proud granddaughter :) and to have my sweet friend, Miss Lehi, there to make the day even more special! 🤍

At the Sandy City Farmers Market, there was a beautiful butterfly release!! During the release two butterflies found their way to me and stayed for nearly 30 minutes! Butterflies are often seen as symbols of hope, new beginnings, and a little bit of good luck!! This moment couldn’t have come at a better time for me!!

A beautiful reminder that even in the hard moments, life still finds ways to surprise us with something beautiful. 🦋🤍

The Sandy City Farmers Market! ☀️💐

I had so much fun spending the morning face painting with the sweetest kids, spending time with my favorite girls and directors, and getting to meet so many incredible local vendors. It was the perfect way to spend the morning, and I’m so grateful to represent Miss Oquirrh Mountain in such an amazing community. 💛

My very first parade was such a special experience! Getting to share the alongside my cute teen made it SO fun! Meeting so many kind and smiling kids along the way was my favorite part! A big thank you to our sweet float driver Gary, and the best “bodyguards” for making us feel so safe! I’m so grateful for memories like these! Thank you for having us West Valley! As I close this chapter, my heart is so full of gratitude. Serving as the very first official Miss Oquirrh Mountain has been one of the greatest honors of my life. This title has given me opportunities, memories, friendships, and experiences that have impacted me in ways I will always carry with me.

Thank you to everyone who supported me throughout this journey to my incredible directors for believing in me, guiding me, and creating such a meaningful experience, and to every person who encouraged me, cheered me on, and stood by me along the way. Your support meant more than I could ever put into words.

I am so grateful I had the opportunity to serve my community under this title and represent something so much bigger than myself. While this chapter is coming to a close, my passion for serving others does not end here. I’m excited to step into my next chapter and continue making a difference, carrying everything I’ve learned with me.

Thank you, Miss Oquirrh Mountain, for changing me for the better. Forever grateful 🤍
