Sole Pediatric Vascular Access Nurse at Wake Forest Baptist Brenner Children's Hospital, Taylor has over 10 years of experience in the pediatric emergency and trauma settings. She has grown the PICC line program throughout the hospital and helped establish the use of midline catheters on the pediatric acute care floors.
๐ Valerie A. Skora, BSN, RN, CPN, VA-BCโข
Pediatric Vascular Access Registered Nurse at Cleveland Clinic Childrenโs, Valerie has more than 15 years of pediatric nursing experience. Her work includes device placement and management, staff education and onboarding, curriculum development, policy advancement, and initiatives aimed at reducing vascular access complications and CLABSI.

Infection Preventionist at Kaiser Permanente Los Angeles Medical Center with a background in epidemiology, biotechnology, microbiology, public health, and acute care infection prevention. Ekaeteโs work focuses on preventing healthcare-associated infections, supporting device-associated infection prevention, strengthening frontline education, and helping teams translate evidence-based guidance into safe, practical workflows.
