Hello all my wonderful clients! It is that time again, where I have to raise prices, it has been 2 years since I have had to raise them. Many of you know I was going to raise them but just as a reminder this is the week they go up🙃🙃 I try my best to find ways around raising the price for everyone, I just don't have a choice.
So quick recap I had to do away with the week special for the hour so it is now the Introductory price of 80$
The 90 min 2 wk special is now 110
And the 2 hour 2 wk special is now 145$

A ghost of California’s forests has quietly stepped back into the light.

Remote trail cameras recently captured a coastal marten moving through a dense California forest, a sight so rare it feels almost unreal. With fewer than 500 believed to exist worldwide, this small, secretive predator has long been considered one step away from vanishing. For years, many feared it was slipping beyond recovery, surviving only as a memory of healthier forests.

Coastal martens rely on old-growth ecosystems thick with fallen logs, dense cover, and untouched wilderness. Their presence is more than just a rare wildlife sighting, it’s a signal. It means parts of these forests are still functioning, still wild enough to shelter one of North America’s most elusive mammals.

One photograph was enough to remind conservationists why protection matters. Nature may be quiet, fragile, and easily overlooked, but sometimes, it’s still holding on 🐾

#2 you could possibly spread what you have with your therapist and anyone coming in. And out of the treatment room

3 # massage will spread the sickness through your body, most of the time you will feel worse.

So the best thing to do is just stay home, reschedule, cozy up in bed watch your shows and take your medicine and come back after you are better also do not feel bad for rescheduling 😎

Looking at this wall, it’s definitely a wall of achievement! (I might be missing a few certs.) But more than just achievements, it’s a wall of excitement, motivation, and happiness. I have many more studies to add soon!

I started out sleeping on my parents' living room floor, driven by a passion to help others. Now, 11 and a half years into this journey of healing through massage, I still feel like a newbie—though I guess I'm an experienced newbie now!
