Not me giving a full luxury experience to Casper because my client forgot she had a 3½ HOUR appointment. 😭😂

The consultation? Immaculate.
The service? Flawless.
The client? ✨Nonexistent✨

At least my invisible client respected the vibe. 😂

Before booking any future appointment, clients must review and agree to all appointment policies, including the deposit requirement. Deposits must be paid at the time of booking to secure the appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide notice as soon as possible and follow the cancellation policy. If you cannot attend your appointment, you must communicate directly with me rather than simply not showing up.

Moving forward, all appointment policies and deposit requirements will be enforced consistently. Appointments will not be confirmed without the required deposit, and deposits may be forfeited when clients cancel outside the policy or fail to communicate. 🤍
