TÉCNICAS PARA AGRANDAR EL PENE

Voy a comenzar esto para decirles que yo no hago cirugía para agrandar el pene.

Hay muchas técnicas que existen que uno las puede ver por internet. Hay inyecciones de grasa, inyecciones de colágeno, hay aparatos de tracción, hay injertos de silicona que se usan durante cirugía.

La razón por la que yo no lo hago es que muchos de los hombres que yo he visto en mi práctica para este tipo de tratamiento no lo necesitaban para comenzar, tenían penes grandes y perfectos.

Por esto y muchas razones yo ya no hago este tipo de cirugías.

I had a great and very important conversation with Steve Shapiro from 7NEWS.

We talked about something I see all the time in my practice — how erectile dysfunction affects not only the man, but the entire relationship.

When your husband starts struggling with this, don’t ignore it. Pay attention. For many men, it can be incredibly difficult emotionally, and it can affect their confidence, their relationship, and even their overall health.

A lot of people ask me, “Doc, what’s your favorite case to perform?”

My favorite cases to do are the pe**le implants. I love doing pe**le implants, and I’ll tell you a story.

When I first started doing pe**le implants, I operated on this man, and when he came back to the office, he basically gave me a big hug and started crying.

And he told me, “Doc, I haven’t been able to have s*xual relations with my wife for the last 15 years, and you allowed me to recover my life, to be able to have s*x with her again and to really rekindle. It’s almost like getting married all over again, and I’m on a honeymoon again.”

And that emotion that he transferred to me was just amazing. It developed the love of pe**le implants in me, and that’s one of the main reasons why I like doing pe**le implants.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET YOUR ER****ON BACK?

We just finished putting in a pe**le implant — the procedure took only about 20 minutes.

The patient will go home today. He will have very little pain, and within about six weeks, he’s going to be able to resume a normal life.

HOW DOES A PE**LE IMPLANT WORK?

So this is the pe**le implant that we’re going to use. It’s a Boston Scientific. It’s called LGX because it expands both length and girth.

He measured 18 centimeters, which is a very respectable size.

So basically I’m going to put it under the p***s, and I’m going to inflate it. And you squeeze the pump, and as you squeeze the pump, the fluid gets transferred into the cylinder. And you’ll see how the cylinder is growing in size.

It gets both longer and wider. It’s the only implant in the market that gets both wide and long. Most of the implants will only get wide and hard.

Basically I’m going to continue prepping it. You can see the cylinders are growing in size.

And then what happens is that this part is going to be in the p***s, and this is the part that is going to give the patient the er****on, and they’re going to be able to have s*x.

And then they can have s*x for as long as they want, one hour, two hours, three hours.

When they’re done, they push this button over here, and the implant deflates, and it’s stored away and ready for the next time that they want to have s*x.

I’m going to get all the air out and then we’re going to go ahead and put it in the patient.
