Help us welcome Hailey to our ProActive team! 💙🧡
Hailey graduated from Creighton University in Omaha, NE in 2024, earning her doctorate in physical therapy. Following graduation from the DPT program, she completed a pediatric residency at Creighton to become an ABPTS Board-Certified Pediatric Specialist. During pediatric residency, Hailey completed additional curriculum specific to treating pediatric patients of all ages and abilities with a variety of conditions, as well as gain invaluable clinical experience and guided mentorship in treating patients across multiple settings, including in the NICU, early access, outpatient, aquatic, and school-based environments. Her experiences during pediatric residency have given her the unique ability to understand the continuum of care across each stage of development and health condition progression, allowing her to better provide comprehensive and quality patient care. Following pediatric residency, Hailey continued to work in the Omaha area in the pediatric home health and acute care settings, treating patients with complex medical needs, until recently moving back to southeast Iowa, where she is originally from. Hailey is excited to be returning to the area that she was born and raised in, to give back to her community by helping patients and families achieve their goals and providing care for the whole person to truly make a difference in their lives.
