GMP isn’t just a certification — it’s a standard for how products are made, handled, tested, and documented from start to finish. 🌿
At Franny’s, trust is built into the process: consistent manufacturing practices, quality controls, transparent testing, compliant packaging, and a team that believes doing things the right way matters.
Because when it comes to what you put in — or on — your body, standards should never be optional.
That’s the Franny’s standard. 💚

Kinda chic to know what you stand for. 🌿
Supporting women in cannabis. Choosing community. Having standards for what’s in your stash. Staying rooted in the power of the plant.
Trends come and go. Our values don’t.

We helped build this industry. Now it’s time to protect the future we worked for.
For nearly a decade, Franny has been part of North Carolina’s h**p movement—alongside the farmers, small businesses, educators, and consumers who believed in what this plant could become.
The path forward isn’t prohibition. It’s thoughtful, responsible regulation that protects consumers, supports farmers, and gives good businesses a fair chance to keep growing.
We’ve come too far to go backward. 🌿

We didn’t wait for the rules to catch up. We built our own standard from day one.
From GMP manufacturing and third-party testing to transparent labels, responsible packaging, and education-first retail, doing things the right way has always been part of the Franny’s Farmacy story.
Because trust isn’t something you add later. It’s something you build from the beginning.

The h**p fight is happening on two fronts — federally and right here in North Carolina.
A proposed federal delay could buy the industry more time, but it’s not final. And even if Washington pushes the deadline back, HB 328 could still bring new restrictions to North Carolina on November 12.
We believe h**p deserves smart, responsible regulation — including age limits, testing, labeling, packaging and enforcement — not sweeping prohibition.
This is moving quickly, and staying informed matters.
📣 Pay attention.📣 Speak up.📣 Share this post.📣 Contact your lawmakers and let them know where you stand.
More time is progress. But this fight is not over.

The future of h**p is at a crossroads. A sweeping federal ban could threaten farmers, small businesses, jobs, and access to the h**p products so many people rely on. Protect consumers. Preserve agricultural opportunity. Support small businesses.
Regulate h**p. Don’t ban it. 🌿 the plant
