💙 The Greens at Hickory, Valley Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, and The Greens at Viewmont were honored to participate in the 2026 Healthier Lifestyle, Healthier You! event at Ridgeview Recreation Center.

This informative event brought together seniors, caregivers, healthcare professionals, and community organizations to focus on the importance of nutrition, exercise, stress management, and overall wellness. Attendees gained valuable insights from engaging speakers and presenters while also connecting with local resources through a variety of vendor exhibits.

We were proud to host a vendor table and grateful for the opportunity to sponsor lunch for attendees, catered by Heather & Co. Events + Catering. Supporting events that promote education, wellness, and community connections is something we truly value.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by to visit with us. The Greens and Valley remain committed to supporting healthier lifestyles and strengthening the communities we proudly serve! 💚✨

A little friendly competition never hurt anybody… right? 😂🍓
Our team took on the Fruit by the Foot challenge and the laughs were nonstop! We love creating moments where our staff can step away for a few minutes, have fun together, and enjoy being part of an amazing team ❤️
Thankful for a facility full of hardworking staff who always know how to bring the energy and smiles!
