Originating from the American Civil War, Memorial Day has evolved into a poignant tribute to all Americans who have made the ultimate sacrifice in military service. Today, we come together to reaffirm our commitment to the values of freedom, justice, and equality that they fought to protect, and to harness the collective energy of our communities to build a brighter future.
