I am a NASM certified personal trainer, corrective exercise specialist and certified nutrition coach. I have a lot of experience through my own personal, professional and athletic journey, and am here to offer guidance to others in finding and staying on the path that truly makes them happy.

Another IBJJF Masters Worlds in the books ⭐️.

It was an amazing weekend with our Capital MMA - Team Takoma crew and always great catching up with old friends and making new ones. Masters Worlds gets bigger each year 🔥

Truly so proud of everyone’s hard work! Our ladies Niko Hazel , Jessica Simon & Diana Bowen kicked some major b***y! And Coach Nick Jay | Jiu Jitsu Coach always gets out there leading by example. Everyone showed so much heart and gave it their all! Amazing to watch 🥹

The weekend was filled with so many proud Coach moments. I am constantly motivated and I inspired by our team! The best thing was the love and support everyone gave each other. And I love seeing Coach Nick & Coach Niko thriving as coaches. Teamwork makes the dream work. That’s what it’s all about, the moments and memories created. This s**t is hard, but doing it together makes it that much better ⭐️

Of course I would have loved to get a win, but fought til the end in my first round. It wasn’t my time, but grateful to be able to do what I love, with people I love and come out healthy! Excited to get back and keep on workin’ 😉

Thanks to our Team Takoma & True Style Jiu-Jitsu & Fitness families! We wouldn’t be here without all our coaches, training partners and students! To my Coach Jeff Serafin and the Sloth crew for always pushing me and to my amazing husband Jay Ferrari & family for all the love and support ❤️.

Getting back out on the competition mats this weekend after a year and a half of not competing was truly special and rewarding ⭐️

It’s been a crazy busy but awesome year with moving back to Chicago, managing our Capital MMA - Team Takoma gym from afar and opening up our second gym True Style Jiu-Jitsu & Fitness 🙏🏻

With the constant hustle and bustle, it was great to test myself and compete alongside my Team Takoma, Team True Style & Serafin fam 🔥

As one of our students said, it felt right that I took the first 🥇 for Team True Style 🥹

I’m not gonna lie, it felt damn good. The people closest to me know I can struggle with believing in myself, but I was able to face those fears and get back on the Chicago comp mats, feeling great and present 😉

And it was amazing to see one of our Black Belts, long time coaches and Takoma partner Nick Jay | Jiu Jitsu Coach take double Gold 🥇🥇

Achieving 🥇 together for both our gyms was extra special ⭐️

Proud of everyone who competed and grateful for all the amazing people in my life, especially my husband Jay Ferrari , my coach Jeff Serafin all our coaches, students, training partners and family! Love you all ❤️

And thank you to the ladies who competed with me this weekend! We couldn’t do what we do without each other ⭐️

Spent the weekend in Indy for the 13th annual Roll Model Grappling Camp camp ⭐️

Got to so some Jiu-Jitsu, spend quality time with my ladies and reconnect with old friends and meet new peeps!

LOVE my new .usa gear ❤️

This is honestly the best sports bra I have ever worn 🔥

It has so much support but also feels like you’re not wearing anything! It doesn’t put any uncomfortable pressure on your neck or shoulders or feel like it’s cutting anywhere 😉

And the spats are super comfy and durable, hi-rise and not see thru 😎
