Long time no chat folks! We are officially up and running. Today we are celebrating our 14th anniversary as the owners of Fit Stop! Next year we want to have a party for our BIG 15! You guys spoke and we heard you! Still feel uncomfortable coming inside the gym? No problem! Set up your private reformer session outside! We even have a tent for rainy days! We also covered our hand and feet straps with vinyl that is super easy to disinfectant! Come on in and burn away those Covid-19 quarantine pounds! For now, we are celebrating surviving the pandemic and focusing on thriving this summer! Come on in!

Hello Everyone! We are shooting for opening May 29 or May 30. We will be adhering to all safety guidlines. We will ask employees and clients to wear masks and social distance. We have plenty of hand soap, hand sanitizer, and equipment disinfectant wipes. We look forward to seeing you all soon! If you have any comments or questions feel free to reach out.

We miss work and you miss exercise!!!

We have the solution...30 min FaceTime, Duo, or Zoom sessions.

We will train you, with the equipment you have in your home, but using video. It will include strength, cardio, balance and flexibility. It is paramount that we keep training and maintain your well achieved levels of fitness!

This will be by appointment only, just like your in-person training sessions. And the fee is the same; $50 for the 30 min.
