Training is all about preparation. Preparation for your most important physical activity and events.
This year, I took up BJJ at
Ive heard many stories of injuries and setbacks regarding BJJ. It is a physical activity.
It requires balance, flexibility, and strength. And on top of that, in many positions that we forget to practice as we age.
BJJ has been a great training ground to put my 20 year practice to the test.
It takes something to have 200 pounds on your diaphragm 😀
Training prepares you to a level greater than the demands of your life so you are able to make the most during those demands
