This year, I took up BJJ at

Ive heard many stories of injuries and setbacks regarding BJJ. It is a physical activity.

It requires balance, flexibility, and strength. And on top of that, in many positions that we forget to practice as we age.

BJJ has been a great training ground to put my 20 year practice to the test.

It takes something to have 200 pounds on your diaphragm 😀

Training prepares you to a level greater than the demands of your life so you are able to make the most during those demands

Table top is a movement test that I didn't expect to be so hard for clients. Many of the tests we use have been discovered during client sessions. What is hard for this individual? What will strengthen key areas while honoring weakness to address?
