This client has worked with me for about 8 months, these are her progress photos from start until now and we’re still not done. 😈

When she first came to me, she felt stuck. She was working hard but not seeing the progress she wanted. Her routine consisted of multiple HIIT sessions each week, and she had never been taught how to properly fuel her body through macro nutrition.

Together, we shifted the focus. We moved away from constant high intensity workouts and instead focused on building strength, adding muscle, improving performance, and learning how to fuel her body with purpose to grow. 💪🏼

Not only has she built an impressive physique, but she’s also has gained the knowledge, confidence, and discipline that comes from trusting the process. She has been committed to every phase, embraced learning macro nutrition, and consistently shows up for herself day after day working hard!

Now she’s taking her fitness journey to the next level and training for a bodybuilding competition.

What makes me most proud isn’t just the physical changes, it’s the dedication behind them. She follows the plan, puts in the work, stays coachable, and never looks for shortcuts. She’s proof that consistency, patience, and hard work will always win.

45 minutes of circuit stations, strength & conditioning, and a whole lot of hustle. These ladies absolutely crushed it at 4:45AM and earned every bit of that post workout endorphins.

Current obsession lately 😮‍💨🍫

This has been my go-to macro friendly sweet treat when I want something chocolatey without completely blowing my macros on a dessert. Tastes like brownie batter pudding + keeps me full with the extra protein!

What’s in it:
• Fairlife fat free milk
• Chocolate brownie batter protein powder
• Sugar free chocolate fudge pudding mix
• Lily’s dark chocolate chips

Macros for the whole bowl:
🍫 189 calories
-18g protein
-27g carbs
-4g fat

🏋🏼‍♀️ Today’s workout rep totals:
✔️ 100 cable kickbacks
✔️ 90 Single leg DB RDLs
✔️ 100 DB hip thrusts
✔️ 90 Single leg elevated reverse lunges
✔️ 25 min StairMaster finisher

1 hr 43 mins later and my app said I gave 66% effort… which is honestly offensive after that workout 😂

But one thing I’ll always stand by… even coaches need coaches.

I program my own training, but I still have a coach for my macros, check-ins, accountability, and an outside perspective. When you’re in your own head and deep in your own journey, it’s easy to overlook things, doubt yourself, or stay too comfortable.

Having a coach keeps you accountable, helps you make adjustments when needed, pushes you harder, and keeps you progressing instead of feeling stuck.

No matter how much experience or knowledge you have, guidance and support still matter. That’s exactly why I practice what I preach.

The ladies CRUSHED a tough 45 minute heavy strength + cardio class this morning! 🔥💪

I know that 4:00 am alarm isn’t easy and getting out of bed can be the hardest part… but once the workout is DONE you walk out feeling proud, stronger, accomplished, and ready to take on the day.

Heavy lifts, sweaty cardio & lots of hard work.

Showing up consistently, even when you’re tired, is what builds confidence and results. Proud of this crew today! 🖤
