Deeper explanation 👉 Energy can be seen/sensed moving through thought, emotion, the body and the patterns we carry.

In a Reiki session, the transfer of energy doesn’t just happen through my hands. It also happens through conversation and thought patterns.

As I’m guided to ask questions, I see the patterns underneath what someone is experiencing on the surface and what they are starting to realize through the exploration of their own truth. A reaction, a belief, a way of moving through life starts to make more sense. The client sees where it comes from, what has been shaping it and what sits underneath the thing they have been trying to change.

That awareness moves energy.

There IS something to be said for reminding yourself to stay present, to think positively, or to reframe a thought, if it can train you to a new baseline or default. When we have deep emotional patterns based on early learning and engrained beliefs, it’s tremendously helpful to understand what you are actually attempting to  counteract.

What is underneath it?
Where is it coming from?
Why do we creating the same response?

Bringing that into awareness creates space for understanding, acceptance and a different relationship with yourself, and as healing.

This message came through during a client’s Reiki session.

I almost always receive messages for clients while I’m working with their energy. Sometimes I see images (clairvoyance), and sometimes I just know (claircognizance). I take notes throughout the session so I can share what came through afterward.

With this client, I was clearing energy she had picked up from other people when I was shown her own energy underneath it all, bright, clear and fully present.

The message was that as she released what wasn’t hers and came back into her own energy, her intuition would become easier to notice.
