We’ve all been there...you notice Mom turning the TV up, asking “what?” more often, or missing parts of the conversation at dinner. But bringing it up? That’s the hard part 💙

I sat down with Dr. Julie to ask the question so many of us are quietly wondering: how do you gently encourage a parent or grandparent to get their hearing checked when they’re not ready to admit anything’s changed?

Her advice: start with small, loving conversations. Lead with care, not concern, and remind them a hearing evaluation isn’t a big scary commitment, it’s just information.
