🌧️🪨 Rainy Day Adventures at Naturally By Nature! 🦝💕

What do you do on a wet, rainy afternoon?

You crack open a bunch of Indiana geodes to see what hidden treasures Mother Nature has tucked inside! 💎✨

And as if that wasn’t enough excitement, we had the sweetest little visitor stop by… Miss Miso! 🦝🥰

And to top things off, Santa delivered some gifts for our Facebook Live this Thursday at 7:00! 🎅🎁

Between sparkling crystals, muddy rocks, adorable raccoon snuggles, and surprise gifts from Santa, I’d say this rainy afternoon turned out pretty darn special!

Just another day at Naturally By Nature… where you never know what treasures or little critters might show up! 🌿💚

Who says yoga belongs in a studio? Today, we brought it right to the factory floor!🧘‍♀️ 🪑

A big THANK YOU to Hobart for inviting Naturally By Nature to be part of their annual Safety & Wellness Event! 💚

We enjoyed five mini chair yoga sessions, but the message went far beyond yoga!

🧘‍♀️ Yoga isn’t just about getting on a mat. It’s about body awareness, mindful movement, and finding relief wherever you are!

Whether you’re sitting in a chair, standing at a table, using a wall, or taking a quick break during your workday, there are simple ways to stretch, release tension, and give those hardworking muscles a little TLC.

My goal was to show everyone that you don’t need special equipment, a yoga mat, or even a change of clothes to take a moment for your body.

A little movement and awareness can go a long way!
