We’re making a little change to the coffee we serve at Main St. Mercantile — and it feels very true to who we are becoming.
We’ve officially made the switch from Four Sigmatic to Yield Coffee Roasters, based near Cincinnati.
Why? Transparency. We want to know where the things we serve come from, who we’re supporting along the way, and feel good about the choices we’re making for our community.
Our bread comes from Ohio Sourdough in Lake Waynoka.
Our milk comes from Olde Homestead Creamery in Sabina.
And now, our coffee comes from a roaster that prioritizes direct relationships with coffee-growing communities, thoughtful sourcing, and caring for the people and places behind every cup.
We believe those choices matter.
When you shop with us, we want your dollars to support real people — from the farmers and producers, to the small businesses and makers right here in Ohio.
And don’t worry… we’re not giving up on the adaptogenic goodness.
We’re currently creating our own adaptogenic blend that will soon be available as an optional add-in when you order your coffee, so you can customize your cup with a little extra functional goodness.
Good coffee. Good people. A transparent supply chain.
That’s the kind of community we want to build here.
