5 MYTHS ABOUT HOLISTIC WELLNESS
Somewhere along the way, “holistic” got… confusing, expensive and unrealistic. Let’s clear a few things up:
“Natural = not effective”
If it didn’t work, it wouldn’t have been used for generations. The key is using the right herb, the right way, for the right person.
“You need a ton of supplements”
Most people don’t need a cabinet full of capsules. Start with the basics—food, minerals, a few supportive herbs—and build from there.
“It’s all or nothing”
You don’t have to throw everything out and go full crunchy overnight. Small swaps add up.
“Holistic means anti-doctor”
Nope. It means supporting your body while using the right tools when you need them. Both can exist.
“It’s too expensive”
It can be… if you’re doing everything at once. But simple things like tea, minerals, better food, and a few targeted products go a long way.
Holistic wellness isn’t about doing the most.
It’s about doing what actually works for your body—and being consistent with it.
If you’ve ever felt overwhelmed by it all… you’re not alone.
Start simple, we’ll help you figure it out!
