🏋🏻‍♂️ Each workout kit includes adjustable ankle weights, a set of dumbbells (either 3lb, 6lb, or 8lb), and a resistance band. Also included is a printed 📝 full-body workout and a QR code that links to a YouTube video workout if you want to follow along that way! 📱

Safe Sitter Class Coming July 12!

Join us in our conference room from 8 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. for this 1-day Safe Sitter class designed to prepare students in grades 6–8 to stay safe when home alone, watching younger siblings or babysitting.

The class fee is $25. Space is limited, so parents are encouraged to register online to reserve a spot.
