Today we celebrate one of the brightest lights in our community. Nina brings joy, freedom, confidence, and energy into every room she walks into. Whether she’s leading TURN UP, helping people reconnect with themselves through movement, or offering deeply nurturing esthetic services, she pours genuine care and connection into everything she does. 💛

We’ve got a full schedule this week with some extra special offerings you won’t want to miss!

✨ Monday at 7PM — FREE Karma Yoga Class with Chitra
Come unwind, reconnect, and move with community in this all-levels yoga offering. Karma classes are our way of making healing and movement accessible to everyone.

✨ Wednesday at 6:30PM — FREE Yin Yoga Demo Class with our newest instructor, Kylene
Slow down, breathe deep, and experience an intensely relaxing blend of Yin yoga, nervous system support, meditation, and soundbath savasana. This is a beautiful chance to meet Kylene and see what her classes are all about.

🎉 Thursday at 6:30PM — TURN UP with Nina… on her BIRTHDAY!
You already know we’re going to dance, sweat, and celebrate — but there may also be a few surprises, swag, and extra fun along the way 👀 Come help us celebrate Nina and TURN UP together!
