Testing is for individuals such as those needing COVID-19 confirmation for: travel, back to work, back to school, participation in sp
orts, attending events, pre-operative testing, visiting high-risk individuals, and possible exposure.*
A message about coronavirus from our clinic:
We do not have the appropriate resources available to treat coronavirus at this clinic. Individuals experiencing symptoms will be pre-screened prior to receiving a rapid test to determine if they need to go to the Emergency Room. If you are experiencing a fever, cough and shortness of breath, you should go directly to the Emergency Room closest to you. Patients with accepted insurance will be required to sign a financial responsibility form and a credit card will be collected and saved on file. In the event that insurance does not pay, the card on file will be charged. The out of pocket cost is $99 for a rapid antigen test and $199 for a RT-PCR test.
