Great ideas grow with community support.

Last night, we celebrated the ribbon cutting for the Phil Harvey Center for Entrepreneurship, presented by PHE, Inc. and powered by the Hillsborough/Orange County Chamber of Commerce.

The center will help early-stage entrepreneurs in Orange County turn ideas into businesses through mentorship, education, access to resources and optional office space—supporting local startups and encouraging job creation.

A special shout-out to Lewis Broadnax, President of PHE, Inc., and David Groves, our former President, as we celebrate this milestone alongside our Chamber partners.

PHE is proud to support this investment in Hillsborough’s entrepreneurial future and a center that carries the name of our founder, Phil Harvey.

PHE, Inc. is proud to invest in the next generation of Orange County entrepreneurs through the new Phil Harvey Center for Entrepreneurship—presented by PHE, Inc. and powered by the Hillsborough/Orange County Chamber of Commerce.

Opening in October 2026, the year-long program will give early-stage founders access to training, one-on-one mentoring, expert seminars, business coaching, startup resources and a community built to help local businesses launch and grow.
