1.Experience:

"I got into the industry in 2019. I been tattooing for about five and half years now. But I’ve been in the industry for 7 years."

2. Strengths /Accomplishments:

"I’m really adaptible. I can fit into any setting and I’m comfortable talking about anything. No conversation is left untouched. I’m proud of being resilent and pushing through tough or embarrasing situations. My biggest accomplishment so far is that my colleagues are my friends and I don’t feel like I have to change myself to be liked.
Comes with age I suppose."

3. Weaknesses:

"I tend to want people to be happier than me. Also I have a phobia of being bad company."

4. Fun Facts:
"I once totaled my parents car by accidently sh****ng in it because I ate soft bacon. Lesson learned, no more soft bacon. Also I love cold hot dogs. That’s a lot to digest sooooo" 🤣

5. Tattoo style/ specialties:

"I love almost every style. Anime, cartoons, anything nostalgic, fun, glittery, expressive. Neo trad is one of my favorite. I love tattooing stained glass that’s one of my signature styles and glitter elements. Both black and grey and in color. anything out of the ordanary."

6. Artistic influences:

"I went to a school where art class wasnt a thing in high school. I always wanted it. Not having art when my emotions where high made me teach myself without following rules.
being able to express myself in my art is the best translation of my emotions."

7. If you We’re not a Tattoo Artist, what else would you do? What did you dream of being while growing up?

"As a kid I wanted to be a marine biologist. Now I think I would of become an ocularist, making prosthetic eyes with funky patterns."

8. List family pets

"I have 2 dogs Louis the french bulldog and Rosie the border collie pit mix. I also have 2 cats Sasha and Raven, plus my husband Dale."

9. Favorite Hobbies outside of Work?

"I love playing video games, Dungeons and Dragons, and baking annnndddd drawing."

10. Pet-peeve with Client, What is something that drives you crazy that clients have done/ do?

"Hygieneeeee please shower 🥺 preferably before coming in. Late arrivals.
This last one can be harsh but I don’t want it to be perceived that way, having unrealistic expectations for a tattoo. With AI, clients can create images that are very unrealistic to what is possible in an actual tattoo and some believe that it can be done.
A part of our job is to educate and it’s very hard to explain what is possible and what is not when a client doesn’t want to stray away from their AI reference."

1.Experience:

"I started my career in the tattoo industry 22 years ago in 2004. I opened Outlaw Ink Custom Tattoos in 2009."

2. Strengths:

"I feel like my Blunt Honestly and years of Experience are my Greatest strengths. I'll be completely honest and transparent on helping clients fulfill their Body art ideas. Sometimes that doesn't always translate into what's possible, or even what will work. But I hold being fair and true, the Best Service I can provide."

3. Weaknesses:

"I'm not good at Work/Life Balance. I'm a people pleaser and it's hard to say No at times. Plus I love my job and my shop, so it's hard to not work 7 days a week. I've been known to tattoo 3+ months in a row without a day off many a times."


4. Fun Facts:
"I'm an Art School Drop out". I went to the Illinois Institute of Art in 1997 and months later decided it wasn't the direction I wanted to go.
I've owned a successful business for 17 years and I have No degree in Business."

5. Tattoo Speciality and Style:

"I'm actually very well rounded in a lot of styles. People tend to think that I only do black and gray large scale work. But I absolutely love color and even doing smaller pieces. If it's Bad ass I love doing it."

6. Artistic influences:

"I definitely received the art ability from my Mother. She'd always cheer me on and made sure I had plenty of art supplies and inspiration. She'd say "Jove draw me this... draw that..." Which helped me become creative and fueled my talents."

7. If you We're not a Tattoo Artist, what else would you do?

"Well I've been a Parent for more than half my life, if I wasn't doing this, I'd be doing ANYTHING and Everything to help Provide for my family. I have worked many other jobs before. But Art is my TRUE PASSION."

8. List family pets

"We have a Tarantula, 3 Leopard Geckos,
(9 Death Beetles at the Shop) and one Grey Tiger House cat Thomas, "Sir Thomas The Dick" as I refer to him."

9. Favorite Hobbies outside of work:

"I love playing Roller Hockey on my Monday Night Hockey League. Obviously I love traveling and seeing new sights with my Lady and loved ones. And I love catching up with Family and Friends."

10. Pet-peeve with Client, What is something that drives you crazy that clients have done/ do?

"I'm Not a fan of NO CALL NO SHOWS, I dedicate a lot of My TIME at the shop and I can't stand the disrespect from Not giving a heads up or even a simple text..."
