Thank you to some members that traded in some old equipment for membership time. We now have a second rowing machine and vibration plate machine again.

During Covid shut down many people bought equipment for their homes. Now they no longer use it and the used market is flooded, making it hard to sell.

If you are looking to get rid of equipment, and don't want the hassle of trying to sell it please reach out to us and we can try to reach a deal for membership time in exchange for your old equipment.

ATTENTION:
I am aware of the door not working properly. It is taking the codes but not unlocking. This could be heat related or from the door being shut too hard.

I will be back at the gym around 4pm to fix it.

As reminder to all current members.

The gym gets hot in the summer and cold in the winter.
I do my best to keep the gym at a reasonable temp cost promiting.
This means if the gym doors are opened during the summer when the AC is on it will be shut off for periods of time regardless of outside temps.

Please adjust you workout and schedule accordingly.

The gym does not have the finances to keep the gym at 65-78 year round through heating and cooling.

Please watch the weather and check the gym setting before working out in extreme heat or cold.

4 person family memberships $900 when doing one time payment

Lifetime membership $900

Open referral program:
Anyone (including non members) that refers a new member who signs up for a year contract will get a free month membership. If you wanted to try the gym this is the cheapest way.

3 month memberships $100

Anyone that joins and pays for the 1 year as a one time payment will get an extra month free. So purchase 12 months get 1 free.

Any existing member who renews early (minimum one month early) gets an additional 2 months added for free. 1 time payment only.

With new spring weather brings new equipment for the gym.

We have some new handles for the cable machines, new jump ropes and a new barbell.

This is just the beginning of new equipment coming to the gym this year.

2 more air sanitizers being added to the fleet.

So far we have done very well and have kept Covid and other illnesses out of the gym.

When all of the covid stuff started coming up I was telling people it was airborne like tuberculosis and not surface like the flu. Before we had to shut down in March of 2020 I had purchased air sanitizers but they did not make in time.

But since we have been back open in June 2020 we have not had any Covid cases linked to the gym.

I want to stress the importance of knowing what you are trying to fight. Clean air is more important than any mask, surface sanitizing or social distancing.

As we continue to go through the winter I plan to purchase more sanitizers. Even when the pandemic "ends" we still have other airborne pathogens to worry about and I plan to be ahead of the game.

Everyone have a Happy New Year, and let's start out 2022 on a path to better health and healthy planning.

Also through this Sunday if you are a member and refer a friend who buys a full year membership you get 2 free months(only for the first referal) instead of the standard 1 month. So if you have friends looking for a gym send them our way so you both can benefit.

Hello Everybody,
I want to reach out and thank everyone who has joined the gym this year and everyone who has stayed a member.

This past year has been an interesting one. Before Covid the gym was trending towards major growth and gains. I can finally say we are getting to that point again.

I have been working to keep the gym going, safe and make improvements where I can. Please understand I am but one person and am the only one who cleans and maintains the gym. The gym is not my only responsibility, I work a full time job as a teacher(the gym doesn't pay me), I have a family that includes a 2yr old(parents understand this struggle) and I am not always able to get things done as quickly as I would like around the gym.

But I promise that the gym will continue, that we are growing again and the numbers are looking good for 2022. When we start the new year the gym will have more usable income from month to month as we will have paid off a major expense.

Today I was able to fix our vending machine so it accepts $1 bills again and is no longer noisey.
We have T shirts, for those who are interested talk to me next time you are in.

I also plan on purchasing and installing more air sanitizing equipment for this winter.

Again thank you to all of our members, remember our referral program.

And for those who are not members we offer great family and student packages along with montly rates, why wait.
