The most exhausting thing about C-PTSD is that nobody taught you what it was called.

So you just kept going. Kept shrinking. Kept performing okay when nothing felt okay.

So many people spend their lives searching for purpose while disconnected from themselves.

But meaning does not begin with achievement, productivity, or becoming someone else.

It begins with fully arriving inside your own existence.
To acknowledge yourself.

Your pain.
Your desires.
Your truth.
Your aliveness.

From there, purpose is not something you chase.
It becomes something you create through the way you choose to live, love, connect, and show up in the world.

Sometimes the body is technically resting while the mind is still fighting for permission to slow down.

If rest is filled with guilt, pressure, self-criticism, or resentment, the nervous system never fully receives the message that it is safe.

Real recovery is not just stopping.

It’s releasing the belief that your worth is tied to constant output, caretaking, or performance.

Awareness doesn’t make you wrong.
It gives you more choice.

Instead of reacting from assumption

Instead of escalating
you create space

Instead of seeing the other person as the problem
