iduals experiencing difficulty coping with life changes. Some examples of the life changes we support people through are: navigating an overwhelming work environment, recent medical diagnosis, strained personal relationships, difficult weight loss, death of a loved one, etcetera. Together, we create customized holistic wellness plans to effectively assist in restoring the vitality of our client's physical, emotional & mental health. Using highly effective interventions like: reiki, qigong, food healing, breathing methods, crystal healing, supportive counseling based in emotional freedom technique and several others. Our goal is to equip clients with safe coping tools with which they will continue to heal themselves - far beyond our work together. Additionally, clients are planted into a rich holistic network to foster their continued growth and independence.
