1. We truly feel like a family at Alivio Wellness. I couldn’t do any of this without the incredible people who show up daily, and making sure they feel valued and appreciated is a non-negotiable for me. Invest in your team and treat them right.

2. Between being a wife, mom, and business owner, I’m constantly pulled into a hundred directions. Whether a facial, mani, or just soaking up the treatments at Alivio, I try to carve out at least one hour a week to pour back into myself.

3. Future business owners, start with an accountant! Your financial team is the foundation of your success. Having them in your corner means you can make decisions, big or small, with actual confidence.

4. Coming from corporate, I missed having someone to learn from and bounce ideas off of. So grateful I found lauren magenta and a network of local, small business owners who mentor and support me.

5. A day with no clients used to scare me. Now that my team has grown, blocking off a day for admin work is one of my favorite things. It lightens the mental load and keeps me organized.
