Summer is supposed to feel carefree—but for many moms, it can bring a whole new level of stress.

Between managing schedules, finding childcare, planning activities, balancing work, and trying to meet everyone’s needs, the pressure can feel overwhelming.

If you’re feeling stretched thin, you’re not alone. This season doesn’t have to be perfect to be meaningful. Give yourself permission to lower the bar, ask for help, and prioritize rest when you can.

A good summer isn’t about doing it all—it’s about making space for what matters most.🌸💜

Midlife can bring big transitions — shifting roles, changing relationships, caregiving, grief, hormonal changes, questions about identity, and the pressure to “hold it all together.”

Women’s mental health during this stage deserves care, compassion, and attention. You do not have to navigate burnout, anxiety, overwhelm, or emotional exhaustion alone.💜🌸

This Memorial Day, we honor and remember the brave individuals who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our country. ❤️

We are also proud to share that CSP has supported Tunnel to Towers through ongoing donations for years, helping further their mission of serving our nation’s heroes, first responders, and their families. We are grateful for the opportunity to give back to those who have given so much.💜🇺🇸

Meet one of our new and outstanding graduate trainees, Emily!💜 We asked Emily a few questions about herself, here is what she had to say:

🌸What area of mental health are you most interested in?

“I’m interested in working with adults, couples, and children to explore the patterns that keep us stuck, how early experiences shape who we become, and how we connect with ourselves and others. Through this work, I hope to help people feel more understood and connected.”

🌸Fun Fact about yourself!

“I enjoy gardening, reading, and hot yoga.”

Today we recognize mothers, caregivers, those longing to be mothers, and those navigating loss or complex relationships. To those who nurture, support, and show up with love—even on the hard days—we see you. A gentle reminder this Mother’s Day: it’s okay to feel joy, grief, gratitude, or all of the above. Take care of yourself in whatever way you need today.💐💜

Often rooted in prolonged trauma or emotionally unsafe environments, C-PTSD impacts the nervous system, relationships, and sense of self — even long after the trauma has passed.

Healing is possible, and support matters. You deserve care that helps you feel safe, seen, and connected to yourself again. 🫶🏼💜

May is Mental Health Awareness Month—a reminder that your mind deserves care, attention, and compassion, too.🌸

You don’t have to wait until things feel “bad enough” to check in with yourself. Small moments of awareness, rest, and support can make a meaningful difference.💜

Start your week by coming back to yourself.

A simple body scan can help regulate your nervous system—inviting awareness, grounding your thoughts, and gently releasing tension you may be carrying into the week.🌸💜

you did your best this week—and that’s enough 💜

not perfect, not everything crossed off, not every moment easy… but you showed up in the ways you could. that counts.

as the weekend begins, give yourself permission to put the stress down. it doesn’t need to follow you into your rest.

take a breath. slow your pace. come back to yourself.🌸

Behind every smooth schedule, answered call, and organized day is an administrator making it all happen.
💜

Today, we’re celebrating Administrative Professionals Appreciation Day and our incredible administrator, Sarah, who keeps our practice running with care, precision, and heart. Your work often happens behind the scenes, but its impact is felt in every client experience.

We’re so grateful for you—today and every day. 🫶🏼
