At Holden Rehabilitation & Skilled Nursing Center, wellness isn't confined to the therapy gym.

Our outdoor putting green provides residents with an enjoyable way to stay active while supporting balance, coordination, mobility, and confidence. Activities like putting can help promote physical movement while encouraging social engagement and friendly competition.

It's also one of the features we'll be highlighting during our upcoming Swing Into Wellness community event on June 25, hosted by Holden Rehabilitation & Skilled Nursing Center, Oriol Therapy Services, and Preferred Therapy Solutions.

Residents at Oakdale Rehabilitation & Skilled Nursing Center recently enjoyed a fun-filled Bon Voyage Ice Cream Party complete with sailor hats, tropical scenery, sweet treats, and plenty of smiles.
