Alzheimer’s disease hits incredibly close to home for so many of us here in Utah.

Right now, there are an estimated 38,000 Utahns aged 65 and older living with Alzheimer’s, and more than 118,000 local family members are providing unpaid, exhausting care every single day.

For our communities, our culinary teams view the food they prepare and serve each day as vitally important to the overall care our residents receive and the culture that they live in each day. We want to them to be reminded of home with each meal they receive and a menu that strives to provide them with the key nutrition they need to live happy, healthy lives.
