Rain outside, pure fire inside! 🔥🌧️
We showed up for Murph 2026 today and absolutely crushed it. No excuses, no backing down—just a room full of amazing people pushing through every single mile, pull-up, push-up, and squat. Running in the pouring rain only made the finish line that much sweeter.
So incredibly proud of this crew and the massive effort everyone put in today. You all did an amazing job! 💪 Let the recovery begin! 🇺🇸✨

The Murph Challenge is a hero WOD that tests your limits, but it’s also meant to be shared by everyone. We offer plenty of ways to join the tradition:

Full Murph: The classic 1-2-3-1 mile sandwich.

Half Murph: 800m run, 50/100/150 reps, 800m run.
