Fascia isnāt storing your heartbreak like a snapshot. Itās holding the shape your body took while you were breaking. Not a memory you can point to, but a pattern you can feelā¦.one your body still carries.
This is where somatic bodywork comes in.
Because the body doesnāt need to ārememberā the story to release it. It just needs the right conditions to soften, unwind, and reorganize. Through slow, intentional touch, breath, and awareness, those held patterns can begin to shift. The shoulders donāt have to stay braced. The chest can open again. The breath can deepen without force.
Somatic work meets the body where it isā¦not by pushing, but by listening.
In that space, the nervous system starts to feel safe enough to let go of what itās been holding onto for so long.
Not erasing what happened.
But allowing the body to stop reliving it.
