Something honest.
Hey Beautiful Being, sit with me for a minute, this is another longerish one...
I've been in one of those stretches where there's so much I want to do and be and build and become that the sheer volume of it makes me feel like I can't breathe.
The website needs to be finished. The bills need to be paid. I want to learn Spanish again. I want to master every single thing I need to know about my business, marketing, scaling, money, and at my (new) part-time job. I want to build something that doesn't require me to trade every hour of my life for every dollar I earn. I want to build something of service and legacy. I want to wake up one morning and not feel that low hum of panic about things, like money and paying the bills, and just making it in general.
And in the middle of all of my wanting, I did what I always do:
I asked. I prayed. And I said the thing I've said a thousand times — I want this to come with ease and grace.
And then I added something I don't usually notice myself adding.
Please.
Not the kind of please that's gratitude.
The kind that's begging. T
The kind that says, "I don't actually believe this is going to work, but I'm going to ask anyway because I don't know what else to do."
And that's when I caught it!
I caught the thing I catch in my clients every single week.
When we ask for something "with ease and grace," we're often really saying — I want this to happen without me having to feel anything hard. Without me having to look at the part of myself I've been avoiding. Without me having to change. We want the destination without the drive. The transformation without the trembling.
And right now? This current energy is not letting any of us get away with that.
I don't know how else to describe what I've been feeling these past couple of weeks except to say it's like standing in a room where someone just turned the lights on too bright.
As a Reflector, my body is basically a tuning fork for energy and the collective — I feel what's moving through the field before I have language for it, and what I've been feeling is this: Something is pressing up from underneath. Something that's been building quietly for weeks is ready to surface, and the part of you that wants to manage it, control it, keep it tidy — that part is working overtime right now. You might be feeling it as restlessness that won't resolve. A tightness in your chest that doesn't match what's happening in your day. Arguments that flare up over nothing. A sudden urgency to DO something, FIX something, MOVE something — without any clarity about what.
That's not you falling apart. That's old energy being pushed to the surface because it's time.
And then underneath all that urgency, there's something else.
Something quieter.
A pull toward meaning.
Toward the bigger picture of your life.
Toward the question you've been circling for months or maybe years; What do I actually believe about what's possible for me? And is that belief still true?
Because here's what I've learned — in my own body, in my own nervous system, in the thousands of sessions I've held space for — Ease and grace don't mean the absence of challenge. They mean the absence of resistance TO the challenge.
They mean YOU, showing up as a willing participant in your own becoming, instead of standing on the sidelines of your own life asking the Universe to carry you across the finish line.
The prayer isn't, "Let this be easy."
The prayer is, "Let me stop fighting the way it's actually coming."
Because it IS coming.
It's been coming.
The question was never whether Source heard you.
The question is whether you're willing to be part of the answer.
What I'm sensing in the collective right now is a split.
- Between the dream and the willingness to build the dream.
- Between wanting something beautiful and being willing to get honest about what's been in the way.
So many of us have spent years holding a vision wrapped in fog, and the energy moving through right now is burning that fog off. Not to be cruel. To be clear.
Because you can't build something real on a foundation of "I hope this works." You can only build on "I'm willing to show up for this even when it's uncomfortable."
If you're in the thick of that right now, here are a few things that have helped me — and that I've watched help my clients — when the field is this activated:
Slow your breath before you make a decision.
Breathe deeply.
Lower your walls and barriers.
Expand out.
Become as present as possible. Slow everything down.
"Slow is smooth, smooth is fast." - Sonny Hayes F1 Movie.
When everything feels urgent, your nervous system is running the show. And it doesn't usually feel smooth. Before you respond to that email, before you commit to that thing, before you spiral into the next plan — put your hand on your chest and take five slow breaths. Not to calm down. To come back to yourself. The urgency will lie to you. Your body won't.
Move your body without a goal. Not to burn calories. Not to check a box. Walk outside barefoot. Stretch on the floor without a YouTube video telling you what to do. Shake your hands out. Let your body discharge what it's been holding. The collective energy right now is intense, and if you're sensitive — and if you're reading this, I'd bet everything that you are — your system is carrying more than just your own stuff right now.
Ask yourself the real question. Not "what should I do?" but "what am I afraid will happen if I stop controlling this?" That's where the pattern lives. That's where the belief is. And nine times out of ten, the answer to that question is something that was true when you were seven years old and hasn't been true since — but your nervous system never got the update.
Let something be finished. This energy is about culmination. Something in your life is ready to be complete — a belief, a way of relating, a story you've been telling yourself about who you are or what you deserve. You don't have to burn it down dramatically. You can just set it down. Quietly. With your whole body. And notice what it feels like to have your hands free.
I'm writing this to you because I'm writing it to myself. I'm in it. I'm not standing on the other side of this lesson waving you over. I'm in the middle of it, knees dirty, heart pounding, asking for the same things you're asking for.
And what I know for sure — what I know from nine years of doing this work, from watching women who had "tried everything" finally break through — is that the moment you stop asking for it to come WITHOUT you, and start asking for the willingness to show up WITH it… that's when things actually shift.
Not in your circumstances first. In your nervous system first. In your patterns first. In the place where you've been bracing against your own life without even knowing you were doing it.
That's what I do. That's what Quantum Neuro Repatterning is. It goes to the place where you've been unconsciously participating in your own stuckness — not because you're broken, not because you did something wrong — but because your system learned a pattern a long time ago and it's still running that program. And no amount of dreaming, wishing, or praying over the top of it is going to change what your body decided was true before you had words.
You can't think your way out of it. You can't affirm your way out of it. You have to meet it where it lives.
If you're in one of those stretches right now — where you're asking and asking and nothing seems to move — I want you to consider that maybe everything is moving. Maybe the discomfort IS the movement. Maybe the fact that you can't tolerate staying where you are anymore is itself the answer to the prayer.
You're not behind. You're not broken. You're becoming.
And if you want help with the part that's stuck beneath all the trying, that's what I'm here for.
With love, and in my own becoming right alongside you,
Rebecca
P.S. If something in this letter hit you in the chest, that's not a coincidence — that's your system telling you it's ready. [Book a session time with me here - https://calendly.com/rebecca-364/1-1-session] and let's meet the pattern where it actually lives, before your mind talks you out of it again.
More goodness...

If you grow lemon balm or can get it fresh — stuff a jar with it, set it in the sun for a few hours, strain, add a little honey or monk fruit. Lemon balm is one of the strongest nervine herbs for anxiety and it grows like a w**d. This is what this plant does for your nervous system — it doesn't force you to calm down. It just reminds your body that calm is available.
