Your elbow pain probably isn’t actually an elbow issue 👇🏼
A lot of the time, the elbow is just the area getting irritated… not the root cause.
I’m usually looking at things like:
- shoulder strength/stability
- chest and neck muscle tightness
- wrist mobility
- grip overload
- neck/upper back stiffness
Which is why stretching your forearm 24/7 or rubbing the painful spot only helps temporarily for so many people 😅
If you want the pain to actually stay away, you have to address the reason the elbow started taking on too much stress in the first place.
