I started Lyons Coaching because I believe the most important work we can do is becoming the truest version of ourselves.

After years in restaurant management, I realized that being successful at something doesn’t always mean it’s where you’re meant to be.

I reached a point where I had to pause, look inward, and get honest about what I really wanted from my life.

That journey led me to coaching—and to a passion for helping others discover their own answers.

Today, I combine my experience in leadership and working with people to guide clients toward greater self-awareness, clarity, and a life that feels aligned with who they truly are .

Hi everyone I have a room for rent in my office! I am looking preferably for another massage therapist, but would possibly be open to other professions that align with mine. You would have full access to the lobby, break room area, and restroom as well. Quiet area on SS of Holland with convenient location next to US31. Can do straight room rent with all utilities included, or could possibly look at independent contractor options (shared booking and 1099 status).
