Healthy Ottawa is currently conducting the Community Health Needs Assessment. It’s done every three years and looks at the health of Ottawa County community members. One tool used in the assessment is the Behavioral Risk Factor Survey, which is happening throughout September. This community-wide telephone survey is one of the most important ways we gather information about the health of our community.

If you get a call from a 616 area code (it may show as "Wilkins Research"), please take 20–30 minutes to share your voice! The survey is anonymous, and participation is optional[AC2.1].
