ProCare Physical Therapy had a wonderful time visiting the Williamsburg Senior Center for our “Stay Sharp, Stay Active” presentation! 🧠💪

We talked about how occupational therapy and physical therapy can support both brain and body function—from staying steady on your feet and moving with confidence to keeping daily routines, hobbies, and independence within reach.

Staying active is about more than exercise—it is about continuing to do the things that make life meaningful. Thank you to everyone who joined us, asked great questions, and joined in on our fun games!
