My name is Malissa, and my work at Imagine Technical Institute is more than just a job—it's truly my passion. I believe everyone deserves the opportunity to discover their strengths, reach their goals, and experience the pride that comes with meaningful employment. I am committed not only to helping individuals find meaningful employment but also to advocating for them, breaking down barriers, and supporting them as they discover their full potential.
This career has changed my life in so many ways, and I couldn't imagine doing anything else. There is nothing more rewarding than watching someone gain confidence, achieve a goal they once thought was out of reach, and realize just how capable they are.
Outside of work, you'll often find me volunteering with Chances of Stone County, helping my family on our beef cattle ranch, riding horses, fishing, or chasing sunsets. I treasure time spent with my family, and one of my greatest blessings is being a Mimi to my two grandchildren. Whether I'm serving my community, enjoying the outdoors, or making memories with the people I love most, I try to find joy in life's simple moments and make a positive difference wherever I can.

Today we want to highlight Kobe's story!

Kobe began services with ITI to pursue an acting career in the Branson area. As a recent graduate of College of the Ozarks, he was ready to begin a new chapter in life—living independently, maintaining employment, and achieving the goals many of us strive for.

Kobe auditioned for The Polar Express and was cast as the Hobo. He was beyond thrilled. During the holiday season, he entertained thousands of audience members and even appeared on national news. This exciting opportunity was only the beginning of his journey.

Determined to continue pursuing his dreams, Kobe set his sights on his next role. His hard work and dedication paid off when he was cast as the Truffle Hunter in the play Prince Caspian.

Kobe's story is a reminder that no dream is too big when you believe in yourself and are willing to pursue it with determination!
