Today we want to highlight Kobe's story!

Kobe began services with ITI to pursue an acting career in the Branson area. As a recent graduate of College of the Ozarks, he was ready to begin a new chapter in life—living independently, maintaining employment, and achieving the goals many of us strive for.

Kobe auditioned for The Polar Express and was cast as the Hobo. He was beyond thrilled. During the holiday season, he entertained thousands of audience members and even appeared on national news. This exciting opportunity was only the beginning of his journey.

Determined to continue pursuing his dreams, Kobe set his sights on his next role. His hard work and dedication paid off when he was cast as the Truffle Hunter in the play Prince Caspian.

Kobe's story is a reminder that no dream is too big when you believe in yourself and are willing to pursue it with determination!

This summer, we’re hosting our very first Inclusive Manufacturing Camp for high school students with disabilities — and it’s going to be anything but boring.

Camp will be:

1) Hands-On — Campers will try all sorts of projects while learning new skills and ways to navigate challenges.
2) Eye-Opening — Campers will experience what it’s like to work at Red Monkey, Inc., one of Springfield’s largest manufacturers.
3) Confidence-Building — Campers will complete a capstone project from start to finish and enjoy the confidence that comes with it.
4) Fun! — Campers will meet other students from around the region and build friendships.
5) Free — This 4-week experience for students 16+ is completely free. Participants only need transportation to and from camp.
