We truly appreciate our families and understand how busy parenting can be. To provide the best care for every child, our staff schedules appointments based on the information provided at the time of booking and in accordance with our clinic policies. Each visit is scheduled for one patient and one concern, allowing our providers adequate time to deliver thoughtful, high-quality care.
Our team works hard to stay on schedule; however, at times children may need additional care during their visit, such as breathing treatments or extended monitoring, which can cause delays. We ask for your understanding when this occurs, just as we strive to respect your time and appointment.
Adding siblings or additional concerns during a visit, particularly during same-day sick appointments, can impact care for other families who have scheduled and are waiting. Same-day sick visits are intended for acute concerns for the scheduled patient only.
Our team frequently works to accommodate families and ensure all patients are seen; however, during peak times such as cold and flu season, our office may be especially busy. We ask for your partnership in respecting appointment times, our providers’ schedules, and the care of other patients.
