We’ve been hit with 3 legal claims this year, and not one came from a customer.

The latest YouTube Video - Nick and Johnny breakdown every lawsuit Johnny Slicks has faced:

    •    A class action over a giveaway text.
    •    A second text claim out of Florida that we believe traces back to the same lawyer.
    •    A guy who searched us out, visited our website, and then claimed our ad tracking pixel “wiretapped” his computer. He’s seeking $760,000 in damages.

We get into why these frivolous lawsuits are a business model, why lawyers target mid-size brands instead of small or huge ones, and why it’s often cheaper to settle than to win in court. We also cover what we’d tell any small brand owner who gets a demand letter.
