In this monthly workshop, we will be learning how to live energetically in tune with the Luminaries—the Sun and the Moon. Each meeting will discuss how to energetically align with the Sun as it travels through the zodiac, as well as discussing and interpreting the lunations of the month (the new and full moons).

You’ll walk out each month having learned—on a beginner level of astrology—what to expect energetically for the month, and how to tune into the shifting frequencies in order to consciously work with the messages the Luminaries are sending us and integrate them into your daily life.

Each person receives a calendar of the month we go over + takes home a personal guide that can be used as reference!

Welcoming to the Ethos family astrologer ✨
Stay tuned for her monthly workshop announcement at 4:30 today. A special time for her in an astrological self-study.

"Hii friends! I’m Sarah. I’ve been studying the planets and the luminaries for just over 5 years now, and it’s truly become a core foundation of my life. Daily gratitude, breathwork (even if it’s for 30 seconds), and interpreting the planets are non negotiables for me!!

In addition to my practices, I’m also a first time mother to my beautiful 1 year old daughter who was born on Valentine’s Day, and I have an amazing husband who is my absolute best friend. Fun fact; we are all air signs, yes we are yappers!!!

Since I’m an astrologer; I figured I must share my big 3! I’m a Sagittarius rising, Libra Sun, and Capricorn Moon. I’d love to hear yours too!!

Another fun fact is that I was a part of the 2024 Fall Cohort of How To Be Human, and I am forever grateful for that experience and the sisterhood that came from it. Ethos genuinely feels like a warm hug to me, and I’m so glad to be here.

The Breath:
Breathing is one of the few sub-conscious acts we can consciously change; bridging the gap between psyche and soma. In each session of this monthly workshop we will explore different techniques to help you connect, expand and center on the path to becoming a whole being. This experience will be a notable addition to your Sunday morning Slow Flow.
Come for Slow Flow and stay for The Breath.

Embracing the Crone: A Peri-Menopause Support Circle:
Peri-menopause and menopause are such a taboo journey for most of us. Historically, this is a thing that women go through quietly and sometimes in shame. Aging is such a beautiful gift, and our society needs the opportunity to celebrate this honor as a community.
In this intimate workshop, you will learn about symptoms, tools for managing & resources. It is an invitation to share the incredible next chapter of womanhood in a circle, with a resounding “you are not alone,” which is the most terrific thing we weave together here at Ethos. Jamie will hold space for this conversation to share on this specific journey. Embracing the Crone is where we will all land at some point; let’s guide each other, no matter what phase you are in. Maiden, Mother, Wise Woman, or Crone, all are welcome.
