Speaking your truth isnât easyâtrust me, I fought it every step of the way when God and my guides were nudging me to wake up. They kept showing me where I wasnât in alignment with the people around me, and I pushed back hard. I didnât want to see it. Iâve always tried to see the best in people, to give the benefit of the doubt, to view them through a lens of unconditional love. But in doing that, I had blinders on, and I wasnât truly seeing things as they were. I ignored what I knew deep down because it felt easier than facing the truth. But eventually, I couldnât fight it anymore. I surrendered, and when I did, everything became so clear. The truth revealed itself, and there was no going back. These past few months, Iâve stepped into more authenticity with myself than ever before. The masksâmine and theirsâhave come off. I can finally see people and situations for what they truly are, not what I wish they were. And for the first time, instead of running away or staying quiet to avoid conflict, Iâve spoken up. I stopped swallowing my words or sugarcoating how I felt just to keep the peace. I finally chose to honor my truth. But let me tell youâthose truths havenât been easy to uncover. Seeing how some people truly felt about me or how theyâve perceived me through their own pain and projections was devastating. It forced me to reevaluate who I thought was in my corner. And the hardest part? Watching people I cared about block me, ghost me, or walk away simply because I spoke up. It hurtâbut it also set me free.Iâm actually so grateful to God for this. The people whoâve stayedâthe ones whoâve met me with compassion, whoâve been willing to have real conversations, and whoâve worked through the hard stuff with meâthose are the ones who are meant to stay in my life. And for the ones who left? I release them with love, knowing they served their purpose. This journey hasnât been easy, but itâs been so worth it. Speaking my truth has been one of the hardest lessons, but itâs also been the most liberating. Because now, Iâm fully in alignment with who I amâand the right people are aligning with me too.
