This initial spark led me to pursue Gong Training certification with Ramji Singh at the IES Institute of Sound Therapy. The pandemic era became a time for deepening my knowledge, during which I engaged in Dig Deeper classes with the renowned Mike Tamburo, a maestro in multi-instrumental sound therapy and exploration. These foundational experiences culminated in the creation of 1111 Gong – a sanctuary for meditation, sound healing, and immersive gong baths. In 2021, my craft reached new heights at a Master Gong training in Norway, where I delved into Gong Creativity through Mathematics and refined my skills under the tutelage of Gong Master Don Conreaux, one of the original five Kundalini Yoga Teachers. Gong baths have been a personal revelation, alleviating my anxiety, stress, and insomnia. Facilitating these sound baths, in turn, fills me with a profound sense of peace and relaxation. It's a privilege to share these transformative sound healing vibrations, reminding us of our interconnectedness – because, truly, we are One.
