FFX Circuit Training is officially on the summer schedule. Come in early and get your sweat on before work or a day at the beach. We’re here for you!

We’re finishing out the month STRONG with more pop up group fitness and a MEMBERS ONLY Free Movement Screening.

Friday May 22nd @ 6 PM, join us in the group fitness room for Cardio Kickboxing with Ashley.

Friday May 29th @ 11:15 AM, come see Christine for BarreFlow™️ pop up in the group fitness room.

Both classes FREE for members, please pre register in the app or in our website. Non-member sign up using QR code provided. ONLY $10 at the door!!!

Free Movement Screening for MEMBERS ONLY Friday May 29th
9 AM-4 PM in the back office. Limited space is available so please sign up to reserve your spot!!!
