A little Blood Eagle update 🩸🦅
I’ve been doing some work behind the scenes and recently gave the Blood Eagle website a refresh. It now has updated portfolio, studio and booking information, pricing and policies, appointment prep, aftercare, and a little more about me and the studio.
I’ve also added online booking for select appointments, including small/fine-line tattoos, medium/palm-size pieces, ongoing projects, and touch-ups.
Larger custom projects or anything that needs a little more discussion can still be submitted through the tattoo request form, so that part isn’t going anywhere.
Online appointments are still subject to project approval, and I’m starting with limited availability while I get a feel for the new system.

And no, it wasn’t a Star of David 😂 It was an old Faith No More logo, so sending it back into the cosmos felt appropriate.

One more session for some fine tuning, but I’m loving where this landed.

Cool one from this week. 🦅🖤

Started this recreation of her dad’s eagle tattoo. Updated the design, incorporated his EMS, Fire Rescue, and Sheriff’s Department service years, and tried to keep the overall feel of the original intact.

Got to see the original and the recreation side by side, which doesn’t happen every day.

Still have one more session to go, but it’s coming together nicely.

Finished this piece up today! Lilacs, swallows, and sunlight breaking through the clouds. Pretty significant for her first tattoo and she sat wonderfully. Skin is still pretty angry so I’ll have to grab healed photos later ✨

My sister commissioned a “Bob Ross” for her house, so I’ve been trying to paint again after years of mostly working on skin. Turns out being able to tattoo clean straight lines does not translate into gracefully handling a canvas. It’s still a work in progress and it needs a bird, but I’ve almost knocked this thing over multiple times already. Lol 🌲
