My office is closed until Monday, June 8th. I’m heading to NJ to see this guy graduate from Coast Guard boot camp!! I am so blessed to have another child who desires to serve his country. I get to spend quality time with my other two sons and my daughter-in-law too!!

I hear this so much with clients trying to change their diet… “it gets so boring”.
This is true but I like to tell them to stop depending on their food to entertain them. Habits that create health start with simplicity and consistency.

If you want to become successful at anything in life, you must embrace being boringly consistent.
