22 weeks in & feeling a little more energized than I have in a while. 🙌🏽

Lots of heavy breathing, a few breaks, some modifications and a whole lot of “okay, we’re done” 😂

I’ve been off media as I process things…
Not long ago, I was chasing one dream.
Now I’m stepping into another. ☺️

Becoming a mom has been beautiful, overwhelming, exciting,
and scary all at once. 🥴

I’m learning I can honor who I was while embracing who I’m becoming.

And even though it’s hard, I wouldn’t have it any other way! 🥹
Here’s to growing through the unknown. 🤍

Every version of you served a purpose 🦋
You don’t survive by staying the same, Change saved you 👆🏽

I used to think surviving meant getting back to who I was before everything happened…

Now I know better. 😏

Every battle asked me to bury a version of myself that couldn’t come with me. The woman who survived my past, dreamed of stepping on a bodybuilding stage. Today, that process is paused while I become someone’s mom. (A privilege I never saw coming 🥹)

I used to grieve every version of myself I had to leave behind.
Now I thank her. She carried me through the hardest chapters so I could become the woman I am today. 🥲

And for the first time…
I don’t see that as losing myself.

Maybe every version of me was just preparing the next one.

If you’re in a season where you don’t recognize yourself remember this: Every new version of you WILL cost you your old one. 🤍
