Through the years the faces of genesis have changed. Some have stayed with us for years, and this year we welcome new faces. Every year I’m still thankful for the team who comes in and show up at Genesis. Because what is a successful small business without its team?

Wishing all of the Genesis fam and our team a very happy holiday. May we rejoice in the blessing of being surrounded by our loved ones. And remember our reason why.

Next year we will be celebrating 10 years of Kevin and I owning Genesis. Even though we’ve worked here over 10 years. Before kids, Genesis was/is our first baby. If you’ve been with us this long and have built Genesis with us and saw our little family through the hard times and the good times, we appreciate you all so much. Yall really are the best. ❤️❤️❤️

Happy Independence Day! This week was really the week of the red, white and blue!!!

This week my favs have been the “milky white”

I’ve known longer than I’ve worked at genesis. (Over 12 years) I mean this girl did the grooms cake when I married Kevin. Katie and I go way back. So when she comes in and brings me a wallpaper of a design she wants..you bet I am gonna try to make it happen.

I mean orange blossoms you guys!!! So cute. I’ve been trying to make all the nail art dream come true. But even if you come in wanting a neutral..I love it too. Truly addicted to my job! ❤️❤️❤️

This past few weeks…all the blues are hitting me. Icy blue all the way to electric blue. My favorite right now is still the fire engine/red orange look. And of course all my clients who do designs make me super happy. It’s helping me stay on top of my craft. ❤️❤️❤️

1. Give me those BRIGHT RED ORANGE!!!
2. ELECTRIC BLUE is coming in hot this summer!
3. FRENCH/COLORED FRENCH is coming back!

A lot of my brides or to be brides are coming in … TRIFECTA for the win! And for those who know what that color is..then you are part of the cool genesis crew!!!
