We’ve been getting so many questions on how to program your Strength Training sessions at the studio. This should help you understand what the best Strength Training split is.
The best program is the one that fits your life and allows you to recover well enough to come back stronger.
For most adults, 2–4 well-designed strength sessions each week, paired with mobility work and adequate recovery, is enough to build muscle, improve bone density, support metabolism, and maintain independence as we age.
At Get Flexy, we intentionally program our week so each session builds upon the last while allowing your body time to repair and adapt. That’s where real strength is created.
